CVMC welcomes Erika Wier as New Chief Financial Officer

Canyon Vista Medical Center is excited to announce that Erika Wier has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 26th. Erika brings with her a wealth of experience in healthcare finance. She is joining CVMC from Lourdes Health, a Lifepoint facility in Pasco, Washington.

At Lourdes Health, Erika served as CFO and was responsible for the financial operations of a complex healthcare network that included Lourdes Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, a 10-bed Inpatient Rehab Distinct Part Unit (DPU), and a free-standing 32-bed Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital. Her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic was instrumental, she also assisted in the implementation of new systems when the hospitals were acquired by Lifepoint. Erika's impressive career spans over two decades of complex accounting, financial analysis, and executive finance leadership in the healthcare industry.

Erika earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Her extensive experience and strategic vision make her a valuable addition to the CVMC leadership team.
