Labor and Pre-Delivery Registration

Choosing to have your baby at Canyon Vista Medical Center gives you the peace of mind you seek. That peace of mind starts with pre-registration in Admitting & Registration before you go into labor.

Our helpful staff encourages you to stop by at least six to eight weeks prior to your due date so that you may pre-register with them. You may have already received a pre-registration card from your physician.

Please fill this out at home and bring it in with your insurance cards and a picture ID. If you have not received a card we will be happy to give one to you when you pre-register. You are welcome to stop in at any time, but the best times to pre-register are early morning from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or in the evening from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Our staff will obtain or update your information to ensure we have all necessary signatures prior to the big day.
